Bacon-Wrapped Maple Rosemary Pork Tenderloin
1/8 cup olive oil
1/8 cup maple syrup
6 slices of applewood smoked bacon
a few sprigs fresh rosemary
pinch of sea salt
fresh ground pepper
Whisk oil and syrup, rub all over the piece of pork. Wrap pieces of bacon around pork to cover. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Place in casserole or roasting pan, uncovered in a 350 oven for 45 minutes.
