Wonderful Thai

We had great Thai in NYC this weekend in Chelsea. This restaurant was recommended to us and did not disappoint.

We started with egg rolls, delicious and crunchy cooked to perfection filled with pork and veggies (even Adrian ate them), some veggie dumplings and Tom Kha Gai Soup (chicken and coconut milk) which was okay, we have had better, it lacked some flavour and was a little bland.

The best was yet to come with our mains. We ordered Shrimp Pad Thai, General Tse’s Chicken and some simple fried rice. The pad thai was perfectly cooked, the shrimp were a nice size, tofu fried in bite size pieces and it had lovely layers of flavour with the perfect amount of kick. The chicken was sweet with a nice bite accompanied by lots of peppers and a variety of mushrooms.

We enjoyed excellent, courteous service. It was a lovely finish to a great trip.
